“I believe 2016 will see more combinations of Food and Beverage incorporated into one station,” says Moratis with the smart suggestion that alcohol is offered as tasting portions as opposed to shots for a more upscale presentation and enjoyment. Moratis’s top station styles include:

* International Wine and Cheese Bar: Featuring Imported and domestic cheeses such as Smoked Gouda, Chocolate Stout Cheddar, Boursin, Stilton, Parmesan, Assorted Cheddars with an assortment of Red and White Wines

 * Tequila Bar featuring a variety of Tex-Mex Appetizers such as Mini Tacos, Quesadillas, Chips and assorted Salsa, Milagro Barrel Select, Haradurra, Roca Patron, Casa Noble are just a few of the premium brands that are featured.

*Classic Seafood: Shrimps, Squid and Scallops and a selection of Shucked Oyster paired with chilled upscale vodkas. 

* Sake and Sushi: Elaborate assortment of Sushi, Sashimi and Rolls offered with a selection of both hot and cold sakes.

* Bourbon and Bar B Que: The traditional slider station will offer pulled pork and braised beef as well a as sirloin sliders with a selection of small batch bourbons for sampling. Bookers, Hudson, and Blantons are among the featured liquors.

*Hot dog and craft beer station. As a cocktail party station or for late-night bites, a hot dog bar with sauerkraut, onion, chili and relish comes with a selection of craft beers hand-tailored to complement the tailgate and stadium favorite flavor.
